Promote your recruitment program via a discipline targeted email-out or mail-out to Monash students.
Email-outs
We are able to email short messages to students on your behalf (no attachments). We can targeted specific disciplines so that only the appropriate students receive your recruitment information. Approval of all messages and content will be at the discretion of Monash University Employment and Career Development management.
Email-out fees (GST inclusive)
- A$110.00 administration fee
- A$1.40 per email recipient
- Discounted price of $1.30 per email recipient for excess numbers over 2,000 recipients
Email campaigns must be written in plain text, with no images or attachments.
Mailouts
We can mail information on your behalf, locally and internationally, to selected groups of students from any Monash course, field of study or year level.
Mail-outs are an effective way to advertise job opportunities and generate interest from suitably qualified candidates. Additionally, they can be used to publicise your upcoming recruitment events or related literature.
You supply the promotional materials and we do the rest, guaranteeing to meet your timeframes and manage the send so that all recipients are reached at the same time.
Mailout fees (GST inclusive)
- A$110.00 administration fee
- A$2.00 per envelope (if pre-packed in plain, unmarked envelopes with no company name, logo or address)
- A$3.00 per envelope (if un-packed)
- Postage, dependant on size, weight and destination of article
(in accordance with Australia Post)
- A surcharge for third parties may apply
Privacy Conditions
Due to privacy constraints, all mail items, including postcards, will be over-wrapped in Monash University Employment and Career Development envelopes and must fit standard DL or A4 sizes.
All materials must include the following privacy disclaimer:
"This information has been sent to you on our behalf by Monash University Employment and Career Development, without disclosure of your name and address details. The provision of this information does not constitute an endorsement by the University of the merits or otherwise of the organisation providing the information. The University is simply passing on information which may assist you in your job search. You should make your own inquiries to verify any of the information given."
