Lodge your employment vacancies via the Monash University Employment and Career Development website to reach a broad and versatile candidate base. Over 30,000 Monash students and graduates from Australian and international campuses are registered users of Jobs Online, our jobs database, and use it as a convenient, single point to access employment vacancies via the Internet.

Casual, part-time and full-time vacancies - both degree-related and general - can be advertised on Jobs Online and we especially encourage the listing of graduate programs, degree-related vacation employment, internships and other vacancies that provide Monash students with opportunities in their chosen fields.

Jobs Online allows you to input vacancy details directly in just a few short steps. No emailing, faxing or phoning means a fast, simple way for you to advertise!

All advertisements are subject to Monash University Employment and Career Development's approval before going live for students. New advertisements are processed on weekdays during business hours (except public holidays).

All advertisers/advertisements must comply with our terms and conditions for employers, so to avoid delays in the posting of your advertisements, please ensure that you are familiar with these requirements.

Currently, fees to advertise only apply in a limited range of circumstances - where advertisements are input by our staff on behalf of businesses/organisations, and/or for ads submitted/managed by third-party recruiters such as recruitment agencies. Fee details are further outlined in terms and conditions.

Important: Service Interruption Advice (22 July, 2008)

Monash University Employment and Career Development is pleased to announce that Career Gateway - our new online employment and career resource system - will replace Jobs Online by the end of this week.

Due to the system upgrade, access to Jobs Online for employers has now ceased.

Any jobs that are currently visible to students via Jobs Online will remain active through the changeover, however new jobs cannot be posted until Career Gateway is launched.
