New activities

Take part in networking session

Provide face-to-face feedback to selected students to help them improve their networking techniques. These students have attended a networking workshop and will be given a few minutes with you to make an impression

This 30-minute activity will take place after the event
You will receive additional promotion of your logo in student networking workshop materials
To participate and receive more information, opt-in at registration.

Present an information session

You will have the chance to deliver a 10-minute information session on your opportunities during the event - only available to premium package registrants. Places are limited.

Link with student clubs and societies

You will meet and speak with student representatives from careers clubs and societies over lunch.

All costs are in Australian dollars and include GST. You cannot pay before receiving an invoice, which we usually issue after the event.

Packages include:

An exhibition booth:

Space (3.5m wide x 2m deep) (jpg, 86kb) (located along the walls of the venue) or
Shell (3m wide x 1m deep x 2.5m high) (jpg, 84kb) (located in the middle of the venue) with aluminium framework and a velcro-adaptable back wall which allows you to hang posters and signs easily

Signs with your organisation's name and target disciplines
Table, chairs and access to a power outlet (no tablecloth or internet connection)
Catering for up to 3 representatives
Parking for up to 2 vehicles
Promotion to students before and during the festival

Cancellations

To cancel your registration, email tracie.armstrong@monash.edu or csilla.papp@monash.edu.

Cancellation fees apply per booth after 4 July 2012

50% of the registration cost if you cancel between 5 July and 18 July
100% of the registration cost if you cancel after 18 July or if you do not notify us in writing
