Exhibitors' guide - Vacation Careers Festival

Before the Festival

We will send all correspondence to the contact person nominated in your registration form.

Information pack

You will receive an information pack at least 2 weeks before the event. This will include a campus map, parking permits and lunch vouchers.

Publicity

We will publicise your participation online and on-campus and provide details to all students who attend.

Dropping off materials

Drop off heavy materials in the loading bay behind the Doug Ellis Pool building. Our staff can help, but delays are possible due to the number of exhibitors.

Only taxis and couriers can use the small loading bay in front of Monash Sport. Other vehicles must not use this loading bay to unload materials. The campus is subject to State traffic laws. You may be fined for leaving your vehicle unattended or for stopping on the roadway.

If you ordered a parking permit, you will receive it in your information pack in the mail. You must:

Setting up

Our staff will show you to your exhibition area. This will be equipped with a table, chairs and access to a single power outlet (no internet connection or tablecloth is provided). Shells have a velcro-adaptable coating for easy poster display. Displays and representatives must not block other exhibitors or traffic flow. Your display must be less than 3 metres wide and attended by a maximum of 6 representatives.

Catering

The registration cost includes lunch for up to 3 representatives per organisation. Lunch will be a hot and cold buffet with vegetarian options, served from 1.30pm - 3pm in the Games Hall.

In your registration form, you must select the number of lunch vouchers you require. If you choose more than 3, you will be charged A$36.50 per head for the extras.

Coffee, tea and water are provided throughout the day.
