Terms and conditions for careers festivals
When you register for one of our careers festivals, you agree to the following:
- You must complete the online registration form. Email enquiries will not reserve you a place.
- Events and details may change. We will let you know if any major change affects you.
- We may refuse or cancel registrations to ensure that participating organisations match the aims of the event. We will notify you if we do this and no charge applies.
- We may close registrations early if all places are taken.
- We may decide to accept late registrations. If we do, we may charge a non-refundable fee of AU$55 (including GST).
- We will use information (except contact details) from your registration form to publicise your participation in the event to Monash University. We may edit details to fit the available space in publicity materials.
- Due to space constraints, a maximum of 6 people per exhibition shell/space, per session may represent your organisation
- Due to planning constraints, we may change your package – you can refuse an upgrade. Costs will be adjusted.
- Organisations may be required to pay in advance. You will be notified if this applies to you after submitting your registration.
- Unless you opt out at registration, we may provide your organisation and contact details to other parts of the university for survey and/or marketing purposes.
Cancellation deadlines and costs
Cancellation fees apply per shell/space and per session.
