Monash University Employment and Career Development can assist you to recruit high quality Monash student and graduate candidates for casual, part-time and full-time vacancies - both degree-related and general - including graduate programs, vacation employment, internships and other opportunities.
Employers in Melbourne and regional Victoria, interstate and overseas can utilise our full range of services and our staff are pleased to discuss with you effective ways for your organisation to connect with Monash students and graduates.
Advertise employment vacancies directly via Jobs Online to reach a broad and versatile candidate base. Once advertisements are approved by our staff, Monash students and graduates can view details of your vacancies 24 hours a day from anywhere they have Internet access, so you can expect a quick response.
Raise your organisation's profile by participating in campus recruitment activities such as careers fairs and events, conduct a campus information session or promote opportunities to specific student cohorts by conducting targeted mail-outs or email-outs to selected groups.
Once you've short-listed suitable candidates, we can also arrange facilities for you to conduct interviews on campus.
Students value advice they receive directly from employers, so even if you don't currently have any opportunities available, you can still maintain a profile on campus and engage the interest of Monash students by presenting a job seeker seminar to help equip them with essential job search, application and interview know-how.
